You should definitely look up The 100 Season 4 The Second Dawn bc that that will make the Bardo stuff easier to understand. The guy who was in Cryo/the Shepard is Bill Cadogan. We briefly learned about him and the Second Dawn in the fourth season while the characters were trying to find a way to survive the second nuclear apocalypse.
