I think one of the reasons Jade finds her and Beck's constant fighting normal is because it's heavily implied (in slap posts and stuff) that her parents are divorced, so she probably grew up around them fighting all the time.

i watch character analysis of victorious for some reason and in cat’s they said that because her brother clearly has something wrong with him that her parents always give all the attention to him which left cat underdeveloped to the point where she has resorted to a childlike state and that’s why she acts the way she does but it’s also a kids show and i’m probably reading too much into it
