I think Bay is allowed to be upset and jealous when her ex boyfriend moves on in front of her especially because Daphne is taking over her family as well. Also, Liam broke up with Bay. Bay didn't choose to not be with Liam. I think it's Daphne's own needless self sacrificing fault that she's sad now because she broke up with Liam.

So excited you are enjoying this show. I love rewatching it with you and seeing your perspective. I'm excited for the rest of the episodes. I felt really bad for Bay as well even though i understand why the attention is focused on Daphne. Daphne is an optimist and Bay is more pessimistic which is why i think they have handled the switch so differently. Plus, Bay has expressed feelings that she never felt 100% like she fit in with her family before finding out the truth and Daphne didn't have that problem.

My biggest issue with the show is that everyone was so preoccupied with Daphne that they really didn't seem to pay attention to Bay.
