BIG CC UPDATE DEC 2023 (RENT PATCH)
🕑 Added 2023-12-14 02:18:06 +0000 UTC✅ PRESETS CHANGELOG
- fixed broken presets after the "rent" patch (from child to elders);
I fixed the broken presets only for the child-elders ages. But, as you know, all the presets for the toddlers were broken too because EA added eyelashes to them. I don't have presets specially made for toddlers, but some presets made for other ages used to be displayed in this age category, I removed them from this category because they don't fit this age category anyway. I left only the ears in this category. I will fix these ears for the category of toddlers as soon as it possible (and if possible).
- added compatibility with some type of custom clothes cc to FEMALE HEAD SHAPE PRESETS N1-8 (the problem of holes in the neck);
- 3 new files have been added (CHILD EYES PRESETS N1-2 FOR FEMALES TEEN-ELDERS, NOSE PRESET F N28-33 FOR FOR CHILDREN and NOSE PRESETS F N18-27 FOR CHILDREN).

✅ SKINS and FACE MASKS CHANGELOG
- added new additional cleaner and smoother texture options to some old skins and face mask overlays:
- SKIN N4, SKIN N7, SKIN N8, SKIN N9, SKIN N10 (A and B), SKIN N11, SKIN N12, CHILD SKIN N1, SKIN FOR TODDLERS AND INFANTS N1-2 OVERLAYS;
- MICHAEL, NOAH and JAESUNG face mask overlays;
I see that many of you are still using my old skins, so I decided to update them a bit.
I changed mostly the faces. Some overlay skins have undergone very strong changes and now, I think, they look much better. Don't worry, the old options are still there and they won't be reset from your sims.
- the old skins are now available for the "opposite frame", this is necessary if you want to make a gender transition for your character ;
- SWEET СARTOONNY SKINBLEND A and B was fixed for a new patch (for the correct display of the added EA eyelashes);
- added a non-hq version for old skins;
- added compatibility of old skins and face masks with my new cc;
- added new thumbnails to all skins just because I wanted everything to look the same style and I'm tired of these black and white pictures of old overlays.
DOWNLOAD UPDATED SKIN OVERLAYS: BASE GAME | HQ
DOWNLOAD UPDATED ALPHA COLOR SKINS: BASE GAME | HQ
Please note that if you do not use the HQ mod in your game, then you need to download the "BASE GAME" version. The HQ version looks better only if you use the HQ mod, otherwise it's just a waste of space on your computer. In the case of skins, this is a very big difference. For example: 1,67 GB of my base game alpha skins VS 6,47 GB of my HQ alpha skins.
✅ SKIN TONES CHANGELOG
- Fixed an issue with completely black newborns with SOFT ROSE SKIN TONES;
Unfortunately, to solve this problem, I had to recreate the file for SOFT ROSE SKIN TONES. So when you download the updated version, this cc will be reset from your sims. This applies only to SOFT ROSE SKIN TONES and HETEROCHROMIA EYES. The rest of the files listed in this post will not be reset from your sims.
- Added a tanning and burn functions to all my skin tones.

✅ HETEROCHROMIA EYES
- fixed after the patch (the problem with the hand).
Unfortunately, to solve this problem, I had to recreate the file for HETEROCHROMIA EYES. So when you download the updated version, this cc will be reset from your sims. This applies only to SOFT ROSE SKIN TONES and HETEROCHROMIA EYES. The rest of the files listed in this post will not be reset from your sims.
- No more need to choose HETEROCHROMIA EYES for each type of clothing. A new category has been added in the "body scars" section.
This is the only category that is not heavily packed, in which two "eyes" can be placed at once. I did not use the "eye details" category, because only one cc can be selected in it, when two slots are needed at once to use HETEROCHROMIA EYES.
DOWNLOAD UPDATED HETEROCHROMIA EYES
✅ INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
- delete previous versions of files from your mods folder;
- put new versions of files in your mods folder;
The presets, skin tones and heterochromia eyes can simply be replaced, as I have not changed their names. But the skins will have to be removed manually, since some of them have changed their names due to the fact that now all have hq and non-hq versions.
- if you have had my skins installed before: in order for new thumbnails to be displayed in your game, you need to delete the "localthumbcache.package" file from "C:\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" (this is the folder where your mod folder is located), or you can do it through the sims studio;
- if the new СС did not appear, it means that somewhere in the mods folder there is an old version of the file.
❌ DO NOT: re-upload my CC, claim my CC as your own, use as a base/part for your CC!
✅ In my game I use BETTER IN-GAME LIGHTING MOD v1.1 and GENTLE CAS LIGHTING MOD!
All the files in all the posts have also been updated. There are really a lot of updates this time. I hope you all are not tired of this, ha-ha.

Hiii i don't know if i'm the only one having that problem but i dowloaded your skintones from here and my sims got black babies again with all your skintones even journey i had to take them out to fix my babies i tried to delete the files from this post and take the ones on curseforge and still the same problem could you check it out please thank you love your work can't play without your work in my game <3

Hi! I am having an issue with the BLUEBERRY SKIN TONES. An adopted baby was born pitch black and after much testing I narrowed it down to this file. I redownloaded all your skin tones from this post to be safe. I even tested with only this file in my game, and it causes this newborn to be pitch black. It does fix itself if I age up the newborn, but I wanted to let you know...

Hi! Alpha skins are skins that have their own color. Overlays are skins that use skin colors that are in the palette of skin colors. I hope I explained it clearly!

Hi! Maintaining the correct operation of all my mods and cc is a priority for me! (.❛ ᴗ ❛.) Unfortunately, at the moment there is no general fix and you need to fix each broken preset manually. You won't be able to fix it without having general knowledge about it.

Thanks a lot for the update, most of the presets from other creators are broken (Obscurus, Euno, Arenetta and many more) do you think there's a solution to fix them by myself ? With software perhaps? It's really annoying because none of the presets except yours have been updated.

They work for the human form of the aliens, but do not work for the alien form. I haven't figured out how to do this yet, because I have enabled the ability to use presets for all supernatural characters, but it whatever doesn't work for the alien form.

If you have not updated the game, then you can download everything except SOFT ROSE SKIN TONES and HETEROCHROMIA EYES (it will not work for you, since it is intended only for the new version of the game).
