The instruction is the same for all light boxes. Just use Sherlock templates.

I use a foam board (k-line) 5mm frames. It's more comfortable, but it's hard to find this material.

Luis, I was looking for the best material... He said in some comments (Foam Board) but here in Brazil it's a little hard to find (the most common has paper with foam). And today I found the right material/name: "Depron XPS". In my frame I'm using 5mm. Hope this helps u bro
