Perhaps in the print settings you did not specify the original size? Or do you mean something else?

Another question, as i am brand new to all this. When i cut out the templates for the 8X10 shadow box, they don't actually fit within the area you place them. It seems like the cut outs need to be a bit smaller. Am i missing something?

I'm having the same issue as the Harry Potter pics. I try to print and it only allows me to print all the layers, not just the one.
