それは本当にできるのか調べてみた。
調べるキッカケになったのが、自分で作業量を伸ばしたくて、動画を調べていて。
あるイラストレーターが週に一枚しか投稿できない悩み対して、二倍作業すれば。

I hear that Hayao Miyazaki works 15 hours a day, or more than 10 hours a day on his manga and other stuff.
I looked into whether that is really possible.
The reason I started looking into it was because I wanted to extend my own workload, and I was researching videos.
One illustrator was having trouble submitting only one piece a week, but if he worked twice as hard, he could submit two pieces a week.
If you work twice as hard, you can do a lot more.
He was talking about how he was able to do it because he was physically strong in middle and high school and was an athlete.
I changed my current exercise routine and looked for ways to improve my physical fitness.
I found "Mr. Takasu's video," and he told me that people who can do tasks such as studying, exercising, and surgery for a long time are talented, and that each person is different, so if you exceed your limits, you will suffer from depression and damage your body.
It is better not to do it.
Those who have improved their physical fitness medically should do one hour of muscle training and two and a half hours of exercise per week.
Eat a well-balanced diet, sleep 7 to 8 hours, always sleep the same amount of time, and get sunlight in the morning.
