Yes... this is the song Carlos put to Ethan when he was in coma.
Here are the lyrics if you don't remember them (Chapter:Desnity. Page 14| fav.me/d68i1uq ):
Since the time I’ve ever seen you
When you’ve talked to me
My whole life, was filled up with this light
The night has gone
You saw me with those beautiful eyes
I saw you back
Then my heart just suddenly beat strong
You smiled at me
Thanks for saving my whole world
Thank you for giving me this life
For watching to my eyes
And for being my light
I’ll be by your side
And no one will break us apart
Because our love is strong
And our hearts are pure
I’ve always dreamt with the only
One who could love me
But the time was running day by day
And I’ve just waited
Those sad times, I’ve thought
I can’t continue with my life
Then our God send you like an angel
My heart just stopped
Thanks for being right by my side
And for all that you gave to me
For understand my love
And for bring me the light
If you are for me
Then no one will break us apart
Because our love is strong and
Our hearts are pure
