Final Notice: The Sims 4 Snowy Escape is coming! What you need to know.

The next sims 4 expansion is just around the corner, expecting to hit computers everywhere on November 13th with a pre-patch releasing shortly later today on November 10th. Expansions usually break mods, it’s rare that they don’t and this one is bringing with it so many changes to the game including alterations to skintones, changes to weather (which is a bitch to patch for) and more. There are two updates to be concerned about, the one which breaks the most mods happens during the pre-patch which is released prior to the expansion, then the proper expansion coming a few days later.
Shortly, I will be working hard to patch my mod along with your other favorite modders. It’s impossible for us to predict how much of our mods will be ruined or how long it will take to patch. So, if you plan on playing modded sims this week then please Disable Automatic Game Updates in Origin and go offline. (Origin in the upper left -> application settings -> disable automatic game updates, then origin tab again and hit ‘go offline’).
I’ll also be silently updating this post as progress on the pre-patch and the November 13th expansion patch is being made to help keep everyone in the loop. As always, to attain more detailed information about patch status please feel free to join our discord by linking your Patreon account to your Discord account [requires that you are a Patron to join]. Keep in mind that since my mod relies on both WW and BMD to function, I will take longer than them to patch as I may need to make additional patches depending on what they patch and I'll need their patches before I can fully debug my mod in game.

Thank you for your support Dragow! It looks like your game is out of date, updating your game should resolve this bug (but be mindful that a lot of mods broke for the last game update, in particular most custom cas traits). If you are holding off on updating your game then I recommend using a previous version of the mod!

Thank you for all your support Samantha! You are correct, the same exact error as Michal! The Next content update will automate this bug fix for you but for now the manual method will work!

Hi, Nisa! I see the solution you gave Michal above and I am hoping it will work for me as well. Before I give it a shot, though, I wanted to share my LE to confirm it is the same issue before I go about following your directions. https://pastebin.com/cAYDBCaP It is funny, everything was working fine at first. Then I loaded a save, went straight to building on lots instead of entering my household first, then once I placed a lot from the gallery I started getting these WP and WW crazy notifications.

This is the same error as last time. Are you sure you have followed the steps? Is your game crashing instead of closing properly?
I'm really sorry, but it appears again. Nisa WP has conflict with WhickedWhims. Here is my log from WW:

Thank you for the LE Michal! This is a uncommon bug that seems to pop up a bit more around update time with my mod's (but NOT your game's) save data. Simply go into your The Sims 4/saves folder and back up the WickedPereversionsMod folder before deleting it. This will reset my mod's settings to default (which you can then setup how you wish again, but it should clear the error. If by chance it doesn't, which is even more rare. Then try deleting your sims 4 cache, delete the folder again, and then start a new save. Verify no LE, save the new save. Then load your old save. But this second method is very very very rarely ever needed. Try the first method, it works 99 percent of the time for this bug!
