Tried mouth sounds with the earphone mic! I really liked the sounds when I was recording them. Hope you’re doing well, my week has been busy. Half good, half eh… idk. I haven’t made any progress on double axel in figure skating, I can’t rotate fast enough and a few days ago I videoed myself and I just feel like I’ve gone backwards and gotten worse. It’s really frustrating. I had an argument with my sister and one of my friends who just really sucks at communication and expressing feelings. I’m a very direct person and I can’t hide my feelings about things. I am the WORST liar ever, it eats me up inside. I don’t feel like I’ve been productive enough lately. I’ve almost finished my application to this school I’m hoping to go to, but I need some health certificate to say that I’m in good health. It feels impossible to get even an appointment with the doctor in England at the moment!!! I called up, was told to contact some health secretary, so I did. No response. Was told to then just make a GP appointment, and I haven’t been able to make one yet… AND it’s bank holiday Monday ;_; I really need this certificate asap.
Anywayyy! I liked Deftones new album quite a bit, I haven’t listened through enough yet. With some of their older albums, some of the songs I really didn’t like on first listen and they’re now my favourites, e.g Beauty School and Royal are favs atm. I really infinite source, metal dream, cut hands, locked club, and departing the body. Honestly solid album, I don’t feel like I want to skip anything. I wish there were a few more heavier songs but I’m not complaining!

Ooh! I haven’t listened to the acoustic of Be Quiet and Drive. I’ll check it out!! Their music packs so much emotion in a way that I think other bands just can’t replicate, I love Hexagram & Good Morning Beautiful a lot, I used to listen to those on repeat when I was in a bad space. From the new album, I’m really liking locked club, departing the body and infinite source the most. I also was listening to the new Thornhill album ‘Bodies’ I recommend it!!

I really like the new Deftones album as well. I also do wish they do more heavier stuff, but I think this album had a good balance. The album cover is also really dope. You probably know more about Deftones then I do, but if you haven't listened to there B-sides and Rarities album I would give it a listen. Especially the acoustic version of Be Quiet and Drive. It really has that 2000s lofi vibe that hits the sad nostalgia bone.

Great video as always, mic sounds really good, best of luck with the school application and finding an appointment, beauty school is a great song and I also enjoyed the new album, I like all those songs you mentioned and also souvenir and cXz, a few more heavy songs definitely would’ve been great but still i really enjoyed it, plans are playing hogwarts legacy more, playing through Pokemon omega ruby again as it has megas in it basically getting ready for legends za, back to binging fairy tail, and probably go to a cookie only bakery that has the best cookies I’ve had but i only had it once as its very expensive, and probably just relax still have over week left of my holidays, hope you have a wonderful week.
