I’m back from my holiday!
Apologies for the terrible uploads this month, I promise I will make it up with extra videos. :) For some reason my brain was lagging so much in this video, and I was also hyperconscious of the way I was talking, so you may be able to detect the awkwardness from me. Weirdly I’m actually kind of tired from travelling home and the holiday. I did a lot of walking in Florence and it was extremely hot, and I’m also covered in mosquito bites. ALSO the plane ride home was so scary, the plane did a go-around and I honestly had no idea what was happening, but the landing was feeling really off and side to side, and then suddenly the plane SHOT back up into the air and me and my sister were freaking out!! It was nothing be scared of (I found out after the fact) but I was so worried. I think me and my sister have a bit of plane anxiety because we don’t usually travel much. The last time on a plane was 2 years ago, and then it was 5 years before that. Maybe that is a lot of flying, I’m not sure, but there’s enough time in between for us to get fearful even though I’ve heard it’s safer than driving a car. I have a driving lesson tomorrow aggghhhhh, I’m glad to be learning to drive but it’s 2 hours of stress whilst my instructor talks nonstop in my ear, I find it so hard to focus with the talking, but I don’t want him to think I’m not interested in what he’s saying because he’s really nice. So I’m trying to think of responses whilst driving and it’s a bit tricky. I can’t even give good responses to things whilst playing video games because my focus is intense. I’ve realised I’m pretty bad at multitasking actually.
About my little sister too that I mentioned in the video, so sad she downloaded TikTok behind our backs!! She knows she isn’t allowed to have it but she argues that all of her friends at school have it. I’ve seen what her friends post on TikTok and it doesn’t feel appropriate for their age. I loved being a kid and I don’t know how to make her realise that being grown up isn’t any better than being a kid. She’s already started becoming insecure about the way she looks and she even made a comment about her body weight which made me instantly think that these apps are at fault, or her friends at school. My biggest concern at 12 was biting thumb holes through a top which said ‘This is my favourite T-Shirt’, and it actually was my favourite shirt. She wasn’t at all like this until she started secondary school and I just feel like I don’t know what to do as a big sister.
Hope you guys have a great week!! Hopefully I can get another video up on here in the next few days as well :) I will do my best to make up for the lack of videos.
As I have a new editing software now, the quick cuts videos should be a bit easier to make, so I cannot wait to make one of those, thinking of using an ear mic!!! :D

Welcome back. Sorry to hear about the flight. I’ve never had a go around but I have been on an emergency landing which was really scary. We took off from Belfast on our way to Liverpool (I lived in Liverpool at the time) and no sooner we were up we had to return to Belfast. Don’t worry about your posts on here we all have your back. Looking forward to listening…

welcome back :) hopefully you enjoyed your holiday despite the scary flight. i was wondering if you'd ever consider posting your audio on spotify or even as mp3 files? i like to listen to your videos to sleep so it would be great to have them on other platforms
