BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD:

It's there - brazenlotus_MOD_gameplay_GP05_TableSettings_Plain. Maybe try clearing your browser cache if you still don't see it.

Maybe, I'm blind? But, I am not seeing in the Gameplay folder, the Plain table setting :/ Is it in a different folder?
