Nursing my lower back tonight.
🕑 Added 2024-08-19 02:59:31 +0000 UTCEvery time I do whatever it is that i do to it, it causes my right hip to jut out to the side a bit. And as you can see in the last pic, my hips are tucked slightly so that there isn't much arch to my lower back.
I start physical therapy in September. I sure hope they can help me.
