🕑 Added 2024-04-27 19:59:47 +0000 UTCI've been doing dance workouts for 3 weeks, doing one workout for 5 days straight so I can learn the moves. It's very challenging. Anytime we use our minds in a new and challenging way it's a very good thing. It keeps our minds sharp.
