HTP has been my hyperfixation and comfort series since about a year now. I've watched every episodes at least 10 times each because I've watched this one the least due to it being the newest. I cannot express this enough how much I love this show. I could enumerate a giant list of everything that I love about this show, but the truth is : if it's a step in the creation of it, it is a huge part on why I love HTP. It even motivates me to keep on going. It really does help against with my depression. Watching Boy's Story always bring a smile to my face. I can't allow myself to leave until I've seen the entirety of this show and own at least one Wolfthilda plushy. As much as I love plushies and would love to have one from the show, I can't own a human-looking plush, it weirds me out. I don't think I've ever loved/been obsessed with a show that much since Toys Story when I was about 5yo. TLDR : I love HTP and thank you from the bottom of my soul for making it. And I would love a Wolfthilda plush plz

The content itself is pretty political. It's pretty hard to avoid politics when discussing World of Darkness, where werewolves are eco terrorists, a big corporation is explicitly a force for destruction, and vampires run the political spectrum from anarchistic racists to aristocratic oligarchs, all of whom are literal parasites on human society. And the series has had explicit political discussions since, what, episode 2? Maybe an audiolog set between episode 1 & 2? If you don't want to engage with discussion of ideologies and political opinions, including ones you might not agree with, why are you engaging in World of Darkness? It's not even subtext or metaphor. It's the text

Only downside to arc 2 so far is its making the few lore masters who watch it get too political. Christ, I just want to know what's beneath the surface of what we're seeing in these episodes and instead I'm getting rants about colonialism and late stage capitism.
