Nah, me and other Patreons just harassed him into posting it because we're Spotify shills But for real, it's mainly because some people like me would like to watch it offline in other apps, as Youtube is not very convenient in the car or while running for example. It might have the nice secondary effect you mentioned, but afaik the Dark Pact holds strong and HtP doesn't seem to be at any risk.
