New Oni battle, Idle test (Named her Brandy)

I ended up lightening her skin tone from the initial image, but other than that, she got the a-ok from the person who requested her. There's still quite a bit more to do until I can release her official test-battle. Attack animations, other stances, etc, but I don't think it'll take too long...
