I remembered where the problem could have come from π£ from August to October I started squatting with a weight of 30 kg. The physical therapy trainer said that apparently this was quite a lot for me (so now I need to do exercises twice a day, relax my muscles, my mind and relax more, which is what I am doing during these New Year holidaysπ Share with me, How did your year start, dear friends?
