Advancement Criteria:
Control a medium amount of Territory for an E rank
Eat a D rank or higher soul of a sentient creature consumed by lust at the time of death.
Requirements:
Current race is Strong Soul Incubus Prince (F-Epic)
The first choice of racial upgrades, keeping the same race and raising it to E rank, was usually the only choice most cultivators received, but for Aalam it wasn’t even a consideration.
Strong Soul Incubus King (E-Legendary)
The weakest variety of an incarnation of Lust, but an enhanced king of their kind, one which eats souls.
Racial Abilities: 4
No limits, but a higher chance for charm, disguise, and noble related abilities

Advancement Criteria:
Control a large amount of Territory for an E rank
Eat a D rank or higher soul of a sentient creature consumed by lust at the time of death.
Requirements:
Current race is Strong Soul Incubus Prince (F-Epic), has control over a large amount of Territory for an F rank, has maximized stats as a Strong Soul Incubus Prince (F-Epic)
Strong Soul Incubus King, a rather awesome race which required a cultivator to control an entire planet of their own rank, wasn’t a consideration either.
Strong Soul Incubus Emperor (E-Heroic)
The weakest variety of an incarnation of Lust, but an enhanced emperor of their kind, one which eats souls.
Racial Abilities: 5
No limits, but a higher chance for charm, disguise, and noble related abilities

Advancement Criteria:
Control a huge amount of Territory for an E rank
Eat a D rank or higher soul of a sentient creature consumed by lust at the time of death.
Requirements:
Current race is Strong Soul Incubus Prince (F-Epic), has control over a huge amount of Territory for an F rank, has maximized stats as a Strong Soul Incubus Prince (F-Epic), has absorbed the genetic power of a Fabled grade or higher life form of at least E rank specializing in the Soul stat, is using the power of at least a D rank soul to power the advancement
The race he’d originally intended to take at E rank when he’d made his plans during the Tutorial had been Strong Soul Incubus Emperor. As a huge Territory for an F rank consisted of controlling at least three F rank worlds, with his Territory containing both an E rank and an F rank planet he more than met the requirements, but he hadn’t thought he’d be able to get enough genetic power to advance his race a grade higher.
He, however, had been wrong.
Strong Soul Minor Soul Lord (E-Fabled)
An enhanced minor lord of souls, high in the hierarchy of the universe, low in the hierarchy of afterlife rulers.
Racial Abilities: 6
No limits, but a higher chance for soul and noble related abilities
Advanced dual classes possible
Max stats:
Strength: 57,600
Agility: 57,600

Advancement Criteria:
Control a huge amount of Territory for an E rank
Have a maximized Soul stat
Eat the equivalent of 6 D rank souls at once
Requirements:
Current race is Strong Soul Incubus Prince (F-Epic), has control over a colossal amount of Territory for an F rank, has maximized stats as a Strong Soul Incubus Prince (F-Epic), has the Pure Soul (Heroic) racial ability or a variant thereof, has absorbed the genetic power of a Mythic or higher grade life form with a Soul Lord line bloodline of at least D rank, is using the power of at least a D rank soul to power the advancement
A colossal Territory for an F rank was either owning 12 F rank planets or one E rank planet, such as Earth, so Aalam even qualified to become a minor Soul Lord.
For his D rank race, Aalam had been planning on entering into the Soul Lord line of races, not thinking it would be possible at E rank, but, for his D rank classes to work, he couldn’t lose the incarnation of lust aspect of his race when advancing to E rank, so, if these four races had been his only choices, he would have had to choose Strong Soul Incubus Emperor instead of Strong Soul Minor Soul Lord.
Thankfully, however, enhancing his soul with the Primal Code Soul Washing Dew had given him a different line of options.
Sublime Soul Incubus Prince (E-Epic)
The weakest variety of an incarnation of Lust, but a supreme prince of their kind, one which eats souls.
Racial Abilities: 3
No limits, but a higher chance for charm, disguise, and noble related abilities
Complete dual classes possible
Max stats:
Strength: 29,376
Agility: 29,376
Endurance: 31,968

The key difference between a Sublime Soul Incubus Prince and a Strong Soul Incubus Prince lay in the difference between advanced dual classes and complete dual classes. Advanced dual classes allowed a cultivator to have two classes with all the class effects at 100%, but each class only gave half the stats on leveling up. Complete dual classes, on the other hand, gave a cultivator 100% of a class’s effects and both classes’ full stat increases when leveling.
For Aalam, who had Nascent Energy Constructor, a bunch of Laws, and a high grade cultivation technique which allowed him to make use of pretty much as many natural resources for raising his stats as he wanted, this normally wouldn’t have been that great of a benefit, and at E rank the advantages honestly wouldn’t be that huge. But at D rank, it would transform into a game changer.
When he reached D rank, the multiple sage line classes he planned to take would allow him to have four classes instead of two, but he’d been expecting his two extra classes to be half classes, like normal dual classes, granting only half their effects and half the stat growth. With a sublime soul race, however, those two extra classes would function more like advanced dual classes, with half the stat gain but the full class effects, and that was amazing.
If he was only offered Sublime Soul Incubus Prince, he would have taken it, but that wasn’t his only option for gaining the sublime keyword.
Sublime Soul Incubus King (E-Legendary)
The weakest variety of an incarnation of Lust, but a supreme king of their kind, one which eats souls.

Sublime Soul Incubus King was better than Sublime Soul Incubus Prince, but it wasn’t even the best sublime soul race he could choose.
Sublime Soul Incubus Emperor (E-Heroic)
The weakest variety of an incarnation of Lust, but a supreme emperor of their kind, one which eats souls.

Will you advance to a Strong Soul Incubus Prince (E-Epic), a Strong Soul Incubus King (E-Legendary), a Strong Soul Incubus Emperor (E-Heroic), a Strong Soul Minor Soul Lord (E-Fabled), a Sublime Soul Incubus Prince (E-Epic), a Sublime Soul Incubus King (E-Legendary), or a Sublime Soul Incubus Emperor (E-Heroic)?
Without even having to think about it, Aalam chose Sublime Soul Incubus Emperor on the spot and, as racial evolutions generally made a cultivator fall unconscious when not causing torture level pains, and Aalam was still on all fours on top of the Soul Carver corpse in the sea next to the beach, Aalam fell off the monster and into the water.
Despite other things about his physiology changing, he still needed to breathe, but thankfully everyone was there and Mila had the presence of mind to fish him out of the water before he drowned.
