Chapter 109: First Time Operating A Mecha
🕑 Added 2025-03-09 13:16:32 +0000 UTC“Thank you, Senior.”
“You’re welcome. Junior, you can first learn with the standard mecha provided by the Mecha Association. When you have your own mecha in the future, you can switch to your own mecha for training.” Xingyu said “By the way, junior, do you have any ideas about mechas? I mean mechas with similar body shapes and functions.”
“Yes, I will try to make it a light mecha. I plan to fuse the mecha with the battle armor in the future. As for the function, I prefer the amplification, the amplification in the mecha state, and if there is a chance to upgrade it to a red-level mecha in the future, in single combat, it can be transformed into a spear carrier, which can fuse my martial soul and form a second level of amplification for my martial soul.”
Xingyu blinked and looked at Xu Yuan.
What a big goal.
I am your senior, yet I am not even a red-level mecha master yet.
“Haha, your idea is perfect. If you have a goal, you can move forward with determination. I hope you can have your own red-level mecha soon.”
“Then I’ll borrow your good words, Senior.”
After a brief exchange of words, Xingyu brought Xu Yuan to the other two students.
“They are both just cheating for credits. Don’t learn bad things from them.” Xingyu said bluntly.
The two seniors were very embarrassed.
“Junior, do you have any basic knowledge of mecha control before?”
“No.” Xu Yuan shook his head, but hesitated for a moment and said, “But I understand the control system and devices of the mecha.”
He had made two or three complete mechas by himself, so he was naturally very familiar with the control systems and devices inside the mechas.
“Oh? It looks like the preparations were done well.”
Being able to understand the system and the device well means that you have taken this course very seriously and have done your homework.
“Then you try it first.” Xingyu thought for a while and decided to let Xu Yuan control the mecha first to see how good his control talent is.
With his strength, even if Xu Yuan made a mistake in control, he could still suppress a standard yellow-level mecha in an instant.
Xingyu waved his right hand, and a yellow standard mecha appeared on the open space.
“Go in and try it.”
Xu Yuan nodded, turned on the mecha, and flashed directly into the control room of the mecha.
This standard yellow mecha is five meters high. After Xu Yuan sits down in the control room inside, there is still a lot of space for activities. It can be considered a relatively comfortable type of mecha.
However, this is a large mecha, not the type of mecha that Xu Yuan had said he wanted to own.
There are no light and small mechas among the standard mechas, so mecha masters can only customize and make this type of mecha themselves.
“Standard mechas are more relaxed in production drawings and more standardized in production, suitable for most soul masters. At the same time, they also have another advantage, that is, the control system is the most basic and can serve as a learning machine for any mecha control.” Xingyu said.
“You have plenty of room to move around, but don’t move around in the control room. Sit in your seat in a standard posture, and keep your body parts close to the control devices in the mecha.”
Following Xingyu’s instructions, Xu Yuan quickly placed his feet where they should be, with the switches for energy output and interruption below.
He also grasped the handles on both sides with his hands to control the hands of the mecha, and he closed the open tubes on both sides of the legs to wrap his legs, so that he could control the legs of the mecha as his legs moved.
Place the five fingers of your right hand next to the buttons on the handle, and you can press them at any time to control the mecha and make various movements with both hands.
In addition, there is a sensor belt fixed around the waist, which is an important device for adjusting the balance of the mecha.
After all preparations were completed, Xingyu also released the authority of this mecha.
Xu Yuan injected soul power and operated it in the core soul circuit inside the mecha.
Mechas can be driven by the soul power of soul masters. Generally, this is done by high-level soul masters because their soul power is enough to support themselves in controlling such a huge mecha to fight.
However, for low-level soul masters, that is, soul masters below level 60, they basically will not use their own soul power to activate mecha.
Because for soul masters who have not yet reached level 60, their soul power is at most in liquid form. Compared with the quality of the energy that can be stored when the mecha is charged, it is not necessarily better.
Of course, the quality of the energy after being charged and compressed inside the mecha also depends on the quality of the mecha. Xu Yuan is now controlling only a standard mecha, and it is only yellow level. The soul power compressed inside it is equivalent to the quality of an ordinary soul master or a great soul master.
This quality is naturally not as good as Xu Yuan’s soul power, but if the quantity is taken into account, it is more cost-effective to use the soul power inside the mecha as the main energy source.
Xu Yuan injected soul power at this moment, on the one hand, to activate the core magic array inside the mecha, and to communicate the energy inside the mecha with soul power.
Waves of energy circulated inside the mecha under his control.
Everything is going according to normal procedure.
Part of Xu Yuan’s soul power runs along with these energy sources in the core soul circuit inside the mecha. If an explosion is needed, his soul power will instantly take over the energy inside the mecha to achieve a higher explosion.
This is a skill that Xu Yuan learned from the materials.
“Okay, junior, you can try to control the mecha now.” Xingyu shouted.
The mecha controlled by Xu Yuan began to move. He first raised his right hand and placed it in front of him, as if looking at his hand and making movements, then his left hand, and then he took a step forward.
Xu Yuan experienced all of this, comparing every movement of the mecha with the amplitude of the major buttons he controlled its actions.
After the control is completed.
He began to do some difficult movements, such as jumping, running, and even tried to do somersaults.
Xingyu’s eyes lit up as he watched Xu Yuan gradually get into the state of controlling the mecha and quickly master it, as if he had become one with the mecha and was controlling the mecha to perform the movements of a normal human.
“This junior is really talented in mecha control!”
This is a natural mecha master!
“Junior, you can only control the mecha to this extent by relying on the control device. If you want more precise control, you must use your soul power to operate in the core soul circuit, integrate it into all parts of the mecha, and use your soul power to control the operation of the soul circuit at each joint of the mecha!” Xingyu reminded.
Xu Yuan heard it but didn’t react.
Because he has already started trying.
The soul power flowed to the joint of the right index finger, driving the soul circuit to operate, and immediately the right index finger began to bend.
“The control over soul power is also tested.” Xu Yuan said in his heart.
Suddenly, he had an idea.
The spear moves.
Only the small space wrapped by the mecha was controlled by Xu Yuan with the power of his spear intent, and then his spirit was integrated into this space.
His control ability increased greatly!
At the same time, he used this control ability to help himself control the mecha more precisely. After quickly adapting, he began to control the mecha for basic training and even practiced shooting.
Looking at Xu Yuan’s many operations, Xingyu outside was stunned.
No, how can you do all these just when you get started?
