Chapter 108: Starry Universe
🕑 Added 2025-03-08 13:03:00 +0000 UTCXu Yuan certainly wasn’t naïve enough to think that after thoroughly studying the means of refining the original star power, he would be able to devour the energy of the abyss plane.
In the past six thousand years, there has been no soul master in the soul master world who has taken the purest path of stars, but is there no soul master who can refine the original power of stars?
This is impossible.
However, even if one could refine the most primitive power, one would not be able to refine the energy of another plane, especially the abyss, where the original imprint was almost completely integrated with the energy within it.
The abyss Is the energy plane. Every wisp of energy is the essence of the abyss and contains its origin.
Even if one possesses the ability to refine the most primitive star power, one cannot pull the opponent’s origin from the abyss. This is the biggest dilemma that Douluo Star currently faces in the face of the abyss.
The abyss can devour the vitality of Douluo Continent, but the Douluo plane cannot devour even a trace of energy in return.
The stalemate lasted for six thousand years, and the Douluo plane had declined to the extreme.
Xu Yuan estimated that after a period of time, if there were no changes, the Douluo plane itself would truly begin to regress.
This process is also likely to be irreversible.
Back to the topic.
Xu Yuan walked forward slowly and was warmly welcomed by the second-grade teacher.
“Student, who are you looking for?”
“Teacher, I signed up for the second-year mecha control class. Should the class be held here, right?” Xu Yuan took out the certificate issued by Wu Zhangkong and asked politely to confirm whether this was the mecha control class.
Xingyu looked embarrassed.
This is indeed where the class is held, although there are only three people here.
“You are only a first-year student. You can wait until next semester to learn mecha control. Are you sure you want to learn it now?” Xingyu frowned, looked at Xu Yuan, and asked very seriously.
Although he was very happy to have new students come to listen to his lectures and welcomed new juniors who were interested in mechas, he also had to remind this junior that graduation was the key.
The first graders were wasting time on mecha operation right after entering school. If they were not careful, it might really delay their normal training.
When Xu Yuan heard Xingyu’s question, he also felt the other party’s helplessness.
If someone comes to your class, do you still have to worry about whether the other person will lose interest in your class?
Is this the current situation of mechas in Shrek Academy?
Although mecha masters are much weaker than battle armor masters, on the mainland, mecha masters have always been a considerable force. Except for the owners of four-character battle armors that can be made of heavenly forged metal, the overall strength of mecha masters is not weaker than that of battle armor masters.
Without the restriction of materials, the Mecha Master will only be more powerful than the Battle Armor Master.
Although these assumptions are funny, they are also true.
It’s not that mechas don’t have room for further development.
“Senior, our teacher can approve this certificate for me. Are you still not confident about this?”
Xingyu suddenly realized this.
“Well, welcome to join the mecha control course. I am the teacher of the second-year mecha control course and also your senior. My name is Xingyu, and I graduated from the inner courtyard five years ago.”
Graduated five years ago?
“Strictly speaking, your teacher Wu and I were students in the same inner courtyard. I am three years older than him.”
To be able to enter the inner courtyard is already a leader, and one of the best in the entire continent. After all, the requirements of the inner courtyard are quite stringent. To become a battle armor master before the age of 25, such a talent must be vigorously cultivated in any force, and in the future, there is a possibility that one will become the top combat force of the force.
Xingyu was able to enter the inner courtyard, which obviously meant that he became a battle armor master before the age of twenty-five. Wu Zhangkong, who entered the inner courtyard at the same time, was three years younger than him, which means that Wu Zhangkong became a battle armor master at least before the age of twenty-two.
No, maybe even earlier.
Because Xu Yuan could feel the powerful soul power fluctuations of the senior named Xingyu in front of him.
This soul power fluctuation is higher than Shen Yi and stronger than Wu Zhangkong.
“Senior, may I ask about your current soul power level?” Xu Yuan asked curiously.
He was only three years older, and Wu Zhangkong had just been decadent for a while, so how could there be such a big difference?
Xingyu didn’t expect Xu Yuan to be curious about this, and he didn’t have any hidden thoughts.
“I just obtained the eighth soul ring and became a level 81 soul fighter.” He said with a smile.
Xu Yuan clicked his teeth.
Teacher Wu, look, look, all your classmates have become Soul Douluo, but you have just broken through to Soul Saint.
Although he was three years older, Wu Zhangkong was admitted to the inner courtyard at the same time as Senior Xingyu due to the three-year age difference. Since he was pulled back ten levels, it meant that he had indeed wasted too much time in the past few years, causing the advantages he had built up before to gradually be caught up.
“Senior Xingyu, I will learn mecha control from you in the future.”
Xu Yuan did not call him teacher.
Anyway, I am here to take classes for free. Since he is my senior, I won’t suffer any loss by calling him that. On the contrary, it can help to bring us closer.
Soul Douluo, a mecha master, because he is an inner courtyard student of Shrek, he must also be a battle armor master.
These three points combined show that Senior Xingyu is definitely not an ordinary person.
With three paths being pursued simultaneously, his talent was also extremely strong.
“I am also very happy that there are new juniors who want to learn mechas.” Xingyu smiled brightly.
He suddenly remembered something and asked, “Junior, your name is Xu Yuan, right? I haven’t asked you what your goal is in learning mechas yet?"
“Of course, to become a mecha master, and continue to study mechas in the future to become the best mecha master.” Xu Yuan said seriously.
Xingyu nodded repeatedly.
Yes, that’s right.
He turned back to look at the other two students and glared at them.
The two second-year seniors were speechless and shrugged.
There was no other way. The two of them were here to earn credits and learn about mechas at the same time, planning to use mechas as a means of transportation in the future.
Mechas are much more convenient than soul-guided cars. Their families are not short of money and can equip themselves with mechas, so they think so.
“Junior, don’t you think that the research on mechas will interfere with your normal training and the making of battle armor?” Xingyu asked.
“No, a true genius will be able to apply what he learns to other areas more easily and complement each other. I believe this also applies to mechas and battle armors.” Xu Yuan said calmly.
Battle armor was originally derived from mecha, and the real technology is simplified from mecha, but the prototype of battle armor existed before the development of mecha.
Ten thousand years ago, Mingdetang had the ability to manufacture soul guide armor, but the degree of improvement was limited. According to the soul guide grade system at that time, it was only a complete set of soul guide armor with an upper limit of level six.
Moreover, the soul guide armor at that time only had a pure amplification effect, and it did not have the effect of today’s battle armor that was integrated into the soul master’s martial soul and truly equipped on the martial soul.
But there is no doubt that the prototype of battle armor is this kind of soul guide armor.
But it is also undeniable that battle armor is simplified from mecha.
At the same time, there is another point, that is, the development of mecha, initially also involved the addition of related technologies of soul guide armor.
It can be said that battle armor and mecha have always been intertwined and complementary to each other since their birth and development.
“Well said!” Xingyu smiled brightly.
I met a junior student with a high level of ideological awareness.
“Junior, based on what you said, you can ask me any questions you have about the production of your mecha!” Xingyu said generously.
