Engorged breast relief and easy positioning…
🕑 Added 2024-04-09 05:28:07 +0000 UTCIf you have a bad back and shoulder like I do, this is a great breast-feeding position in order to feed your baby with little to no back discomfort or shoulder pain. This is also an example of what your breast may look like when it is engorged. This video also provides advice on ways to alleviate engorged breasts.
This position is great for when your baby can hold their own head up and sit up, at least a little on their own. Try this position at home and see how your own baby can find their way to the milk source.
This is one of my favorite videos that is now a patreon exclusive. Throughout the new months here I will be bringing back some of the older education to help new mommies as well as posting some new advice and new videos to help established mommies.
If you’d like to learn from the longer version of this educational documentary please upgrade.
May your breast-feeding journey be easier and more enjoyable with the advice and education I’m able to provide for you! They’re only little once so enjoy these precious moments!
Thank you for trusting me to teach you, and to learn from me!
