This month we're taking things very seriously.
The year just started we were super motivated. But in February … A lot of people tend to not feel as excited as the beginning of the year. So I decided to take the matter in my own hands by using the most powerful weapon against boredom:
Boys in skirts.
There is just no way that y'all won't be motivated by seeing cloud in Tifa's skirt working out right in front of you. If he is doing it in a skirt, you can definitely do it in your shorts.
This month the target is boys wearing skirts fueled workouts.
Observing Cloud's body we can notice that he is very sleeper build oriented because that man can lift that massive sword like it's paper while keeping his UwU cute lean mass appearance. Since he is a soldier of course he has strong legs and because of his broad shoulders and waist we can also notice that Doritos shape. Knowing this the workouts of this month will be targeting: Lean muscle mass Upper body strength And building a strong and functional body that is fitting of a soldier.
