I would say that sombra could be hacking them while they kissing hehe

3 overwatch girls each receive a Christmas present that causes a growth once they're opened. One gets boobs, the other butt and finally height/belly/hourglass (or anything else really) for the last one.
SukkuroKun
Tracer and Widowmaker kiss under a magic mistletoe that makes one or both of them grow bigger in either boobs, butt, height or all of the above.

Which holiday you trying to do a short animation for? That way it easier to think of an idea.

Sombra with some hacked cookies. She knows whos been naughty and whoever ate them gets bigger butts. Hopefuls are dva, widow, ashe, or sombra herself

Really would love to see her get fat all over, belly too. Maybe by some fattening milk or maybe cookies 🍪
Perhaps some spiked Eggnog gives Mei big milky boobs.
