Tangled Body Body Bundle October Update

Quite a lot in the pipeline now, but as requested I split it up the October update into two parts.
First I want to give you the usual updates across most of the plugins + the Rope & Chain updates that I called Tangled. Next Friday, I really hope I have stabilized the Balance plugin for you!
Some of the updates worth mentioning are:
Rope & Chain 3.0
Cuffs with adjustable chain lengths, strengths etc.
- Hand (front) & hand (behind back) with animation.
- Feet
- Left Hand & Left Foot
- Right Hand & Right Foot
New lifters, that are attached to VAM-atoms. I decided to reuse all the UI buttons for this. Please let me know if there should be separate UI buttons for this. Too many buttons might be overwhelming but in the same time, the same buttons that have different behavior might also be confusing.
- Configurable links (add/remove in real time)
- Configurable strength
- Atoms saved and loads in the scene as usual VAM atoms.
- New Joy-buttons for easy movement and rotations of the attach points
Pose Camera 2.2
- Support for the new Ropes. You can drag the created atoms with left mouse button.
- Body <-> Face relation fix
- 1 -> 2 decimals in the sliders
- Face pitch rotation reworked (Up and down was incorrect in different angles!)
- Auto cycle actor feature
- Load and Save Pose camera settings!
- Use the scene lightnings in the scene when loading the pose camera. (Max 6 lights)
UI Manager 2.2 (General updates)
- Support for the new Ropes. You can drag the created atoms with left mouse button.
- Multiple VR control atom fixed
- Slider 2 decimals
- Folder extension preparation (poses etc in the scene var packages)
- Gaze Improvements (Again!)
Muscle Manager 1.1
- External Actions
- Some minor updates like: Tweaked joint rotations, file exist checks
- Added Toe control
General
Overall some minor clean up and bug fixing.
You should now also be able to put the var package into a sub folder.
Updated the scenes to use the new plugin and features.
