Ocean Mega Map COMPLETED! (Finally)
🕑 Added 2022-07-12 06:53:59 +0000 UTCHey everyone!
Hope you all had a good weekend + Monday, managed to finish up the last area plus some paintover work to make all the maps combine more pleasingly. Then the super tedious job of having to save all the different files and versions but finally I am done and able to present the completed map to you!
I also somehow managed to lose the layered source file of the reef area so that's super annoying but at least I still have the JPG, better than nothing I guess. Always remember to back up your files, folks.
Now I'm done with this monster, I'm gonna take a break and sort out this discord server, and probably play around with the Midjourney AI cause its fun as shit. But first I must sleep for 1000 years, good night.

Stained Karbon Maps
I've only ever made them to be used in VTTs and not print, but it seems that 1 inch per square is the common practice, which would make my maps such a ridiculous size to print out XD I've actually adjusted my sizing so the squares would actually be 1 inch per square irl, but that is only from a map or 2 ago. Which is why I'm so curious to see how the one you are printing turns out because it is absolutely not adjusted to be printed lol

Yeah, absolutely! I'll try to remember to grab a good photo and link it :) I can't guarantee that I got the dimensions right...for future reference, if you were going to try to print one, would you do 1 inch per square?

As I've never printed my maps before, I'd love to see how it turns out if you're willing to show me! I haven't made my maps specifically print ready so I'm genuinely curious to see what the quality of it will be. And haha, I'm glad he enjoys the astral dock map so much!

I subscribed specifically for the temple part of this map—it's printing at Staples right now, and this weekend it's gonna be the setting for a fairly epic, very drunk bachelor party adventure. Very excited to get everyone assembled and then unroll this puppy to cover the entire table :D also our DM is currently losing his mind over the astral dock map

Thank you Koops! Definitely fun seeing it all come together, and I want to do more in the future, maybe soon.

This looks really amazing. You outdid yourself with this one. :D
