More progress on the lab
🕑 Added 2022-04-08 03:27:25 +0000 UTCI've been needing to wear a respirator these past few weeks much more often than I used to, and I'm not even doing science now! So many areas in this house were filled with mouse poop and mold, and in the basement, I found nearly 50 dead mice in the drop ceiling!!! I cannot believe how gross it was, and I'm sooo sick of cleaning. At least at this point it is clean enough to live in, and I've returned my focus to the lab.
I've nearly filled a dumpster with junk left from the previous owners in the shop. Next up is to do the wiring and lighting, and I'll be doing that with my dad over the next few days. The lights and fixtures will be arriving soon, and I've already bought the wire and breakers.
After the wiring is done, next will be the insulation, and then HVAC. Before the shop is finished, I'm going to take a break to finish the rest of the chemical formulary 3 video. Stay tuned!

yeah it sucks now but the condition of the house helped keep the property price down so I could afford it. It's structurally sound, just filthy. I don't need a lavish house anyway, I just need a big lab!!
