🕑 Added 2023-09-23 17:10:21 +0000 UTCthe car battery vid has been finished for a while but i'm currently waiting for sponsor approval to be able to show it to you guys! to be fair, they probably need a full legal team to go through some of the experiments and jokes lol. it is by far the longest video i've made at nearly 40 minutes.
i trashed the outer lens on my camcorder but I was able to find a relatively cheap replacement lens for it. too bad my nice sigma lens doesn't have the same replacements available.
another funny thing i damaged while filming the plasma cutting scenes was my hair. :p so many burning sparks landed on the top of my head and cut through my hair. when i'd shower afterwards i'd pull out huge chunks of crispy hair. fun!
hopefully i'll be able to show you the final vid within a few days! stay tuned!

Try putting a polarizing filter over the lens. It's cheap, lets most of the light thru and can protect the lens.
