🕑 Added 2020-06-26 19:52:33 +0000 UTCI used the money you gave me to buy a 15kVA distribution transformer!! let the mischief ensue. I'll have to come up with a ballast at some point but for the time being I can at least run it at lower powers using my big variac. I'm pretty confident you will find this to be a good investment for my channel. :D

it's 15kVA rated and over 300lbs. I'll run it backwards to get high voltage output at around 13kV

it's funny because I picked the smallest one I could find because my power hookup is limited, but even so it is huge. dragging that thing into my shop was not fun lol.
