Ah, finally got to this episode. The fifth is the tribute episode to Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger (my second favorite Sentai behind Gokaiger, and which you can already tell is the Sentai Power Rangers SPD got adapted from). Dekaranger more or less has a similar plot to SPD. The only difference is that instead of arresting aliens like they do in SPD, they actually kill them when they're found guilty. And they aren't random monsters that Grumm sends down to Earth either, they are just like how normal criminals operate in the real world, just roaming around casually
