Maybe use animation for the girl's ultimate move? Could have a bigger impact on the player when they see that animation start up and they'll be like, "Oh damn! I'm in for a world of hurt now!" Kind of thing.

For me, the most important thing is a good story and entertaining dialogue. If both are extraordinarily exciting, then the images or even films are created by themselves in the head.
