WIP version 1.1.13
🕑 Added 2019-09-30 20:34:34 +0000 UTCFinally a new version for you Alphas & Betas! Sadly, Wireless transfer wasn't finished yet. So, this mainly features bugfixes. Here's what's in it (As Betas haven't seen a new version, I'll mark what's brand new in this version for Alphas):
MMM
features & improvements
- small visual imporvement to main menu. Feedback welcome! (new in 1.1.13)
- re-enabled "LockToHead" button on DayDream-Devices
- improved visible performance of session library
- small visual improvement hub scene
- Ocean sounds in hub scene (includes fitting reverb effects)
- Multi-Import-Screen: there is now a screen that lists all possible files for import and marks them if they are new or already in the library, or else. Icons are not final!
- New scenery: I'm working on creating an nice secluded beach, hidden in a small bay, surrounded by cliffs. It's not finisshed and there will be more rocks, wave effects, and more. For now it is sest in full daylight, but I hope to add options to set the daytime in the future. The scene might look real nice with a sunset or when basked in moonlight.
- User input is improved. You remember how you sometimes had to click/touch/etc. a bit off the actual buttons to interact with them? It is fixed! :D
- MMM now uses a default import folder that get's created when entering the file browser. On desktop that is "mmm_imports" in your usual document folder, on Android it's "mmm_imports" on your sd card storage (that might be emulated).
- the file browser now looks for .mmm files recursively, meaning that you can add subfolders to your import path if you want, MMM will show all session files inside the import folder
- in VR buttons behave a bit more three-dimensional. While better than nothing, this will be replaced in the future.
fixes
- fixed several bugs in handling of mmm_imports folder that could make the "File Browser" not work at all (new in 1.1.13)
- fixed: Menu location randomly moving around when entering hub, often being behind user (new in 1.1.13)
- fixed: Water reflections look bad in VR on most mobile devices. Workaround now disables reflections. Should improve performance as well (new in 1.1.13)

- Overview now correctly displays session length

- fixed: Brainwave Synch. Options could not be modified (new in 1.1.13)
- fixed: Spiral Effect was not selectable
- fixed: SessionMaker wanted "wp3" instead of "mp3" files
- fixed: Audio Length not correctly computed
- fixed: General Infos not loading correctly at first session load

- Wireless file transfer not yet working (I'm in the middle of it, look forward to the next release)
