In this file, I'll collar your primal part, mastering it, taming it so that I can turn you into the strong, mindless tool that I want you to be. I'll use it to motivate you to move, unable to stop the beast within from following it's desires, so that you run, pump, push; whatever it is that gets your body moving. Because while your primal part is powerful, it's just a pet for me.
So relax, for now, and listen. Because soon you'll be more awake and alive than ever, ready to move, to make your body stronger and your mind even weaker for me.

Definitely sparked a fire in me. I went after my workout with a hunger that hadn’t been there as much and had a much better lift because of it . Definitely felt the primal side out in full force and it felt good.
