She had already given up any hope of Jake taking this seriously, as true to her judgement, he was too busy ogling the woman’s rear to be worried about her testimony. As Jackie sat down, her bosom wobbled under her shirt, and even the judge seemed to be helpless against the desire to sneak a peek, but he regained his composure far more quickly than Jake did.
‘Officer Jacueqline Pierce, do you hereby swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, under penalty of prosecution under Florida State Law should you fail to do so?’ Judge Mason asked.
‘Yes, your honor,’ the woman replied, smiling confidently.
‘She’s all yours council,’ he said, and the slim, balding lawyer stood up.
‘Officer Pierce, could you tell us, in your own words, what happened on the morning of July 15th, and the ensuing encounter between yourself and the defendants?’ he asked.
Mia’s blood went cold. Why was the lawyer referring to them as defendants? She looked up to Gemma, but the giantess was too focused on the court proceedings to notice. All this time she has thought that they were here to put the policewoman on trial, but it seemed that they were the ones under the microscope.
‘Council, I will remind you not to refer to the plaintiffs as defendants,’ the Judge cut in, as if reading Mia’s mind, ‘This is a trial to determine whether there was just cause for the use of Size Reduction Technology by Officer Pierce. If the use is determined to have been inappropriate, your client could indeed be the defendant in the eyes of the law.’
‘My apologies, you honor,’ the lawyer replied quietly, then gestured for Jackie to continue anyway.
‘To get to the point, your honor,’ Jackie started, ‘I was on patrol outside the Sunrise Deli and Grocery Store when Mr. Moller and his partner emerged from the store. I immediately heard the shop alarm go off and alerted them to my presence, commanding them to stop, so that we could clear up any confusion.’
‘Mr. Moller then charged at me with a blunt weapon, a bottle, I believe, but I could not be sure in the heat of the moment. I drew my weapon and warned Mr. Moller to stop. After a third warning, I fired my weapon at Mr. Moller, assessing him to be an immediate physical threat to myself. I regret that Ms. Weirs was also caught in the beam,’ Jackie continued, a stern expression on her face.
‘And do you have the weapon in question?’ the lawyer asked, pre-empting what Gemma would surely have asked anyway.
‘No, unfortunately it was not recovered at the scene as it too had been reduced in size, and lost,’ Jackie explained.
‘And can anyone corroborate your story, Officer Pierce?’ he asked.
‘Yes, I have sworn testimony from the store clerk that will support my account of the event,’ Jackie replied.
‘The council rests, your honor,’ the lawyer smiled, sitting back down.
Mia couldn’t believe what she had just heard. She looked from Jake to Gemma and was outraged that neither one of them seemed remotely as shocked as she was. Even Jake, who knew that the policewoman was lying through her teeth, was inexplicably calm. What the hell was going on?
‘Ms. Greyson, your witness,’ the judge boomed.
‘Thank you, your honor,’ Gemma smiled, standing up. In doing so, she accidently bumped into the table and sent both Jake and Mia flying onto their hands and knees.
‘Oops,’ she chuckled, ‘Anyway, Officer Pierce, my clients have given a very different account of the events of June 15th …’
‘Objection, your Honor, we are talking about the events of July 15th,’ the other lawyer cut in.
‘Sustained, Ms. Greyson, please clarify or correct your statement for the court,’ the Judge sighed.
‘Right, July 15th, whatever,’ Gemma shrugged, seemingly flustered, ‘My clients said that you shot them without warning.’
‘Objection, you honor this is not a line of questioning,’ the balding man shouted.
‘Sustained, Ms. Greyson, may I remind you that you are permitted to question the witness, not to simply shout at them,’ the Judge rolled his eyes.
‘Okay, then what do you have to say about their story?’ Gemma fumbled.
Mia was dumbstruck. What had happened to the confident, comforting lawyer that had talked to them in the cell? How could she be forgetting the basics of court etiquette? The tiny woman could sense that something was wrong as the questioning continued.
‘Well, Ms. Greyson,’ Jackie replied calmly, ‘I cannot pass judgement on what your clients say happened. However I remind you that my account of events is supported by a witness statement.’
‘Oh come on,’ Gemma pleaded, ‘Just tell the truth! You paid off that witness, didn’t you?’
‘Ms. Greyson! Sit down!’ the Judge roared, beating Jackie’s lawyer to it, ‘I will not sit here and have you try to slander a witness with no evidence. Unless you have an appropriate question, I am ending your questioning of Officer Pierce. Take your seat and address your severely inappropriate behaviour this instant.’
Gemma pouted, her fists clenched, but did as she was told and plopped back into her seat. The Judge glared down at her, but continued. He gestured for Jackie to retake her seat.
‘Now, as established in Roe vs Pastry Conglomerate, testimony from shrunken people is to be written, signed and witnessed and handed to me in advance,’ the Judge announced, ‘Unfortunately, I have received no such document from Ms. Greyson. Ms. Greyson, have you prepared testimony with your clients?’
Mia’s face was red with rage as both she and Jake looked up to their lawyer, who didn’t meet their eyes.
‘Uh, no, your honor, I uh, didn’t,’ Gemma shrugged, sheepishly.
‘Ms. Greyson, is this a joke to you?’ the Judge shouted, ‘Now, I know I am impartial, but the fact that you have brought an officer of the law into court today, and not bothered to do even the most basic preparation is frankly insulting to the Miami Police Department and to the Criminal Justice System as a whole! I have never seen such incompetence in my life, and with such a minor charge in the balance, I’m afraid I have lost my patience with your clients.’
‘Officer Pierce, after having reviewed the evidence that your legal council has provided, I am hereby exonerating you from the charge of inappropriate use of size reduction technology. For the charge of unintentional civilian damages, I am afraid that I will have to fine your department $8,000. However, given the lack of any evidence to support Ms. Mia Weirs’ innocence, the money will go to the community instead of to her. You are free to go,’ Judge Mason boomed.
Mia was shaking with rage. This wasn’t fair! How could that bitch just get away with what she had done? But her troubles were not over yet.
‘Now, as for your clients, Ms. Greyson,’ Judge Mason hissed, ‘Mr. Jacob Moller, I find you guilty of petty theft and aggravated assault of a police officer. I sentence you to 5 years in a federal, maximum security prison for size reduced offenders, without bail, but chance of early parole with good behaviour.’
The slamming of the gavel shook Jake to his bones, and for the first time, he wasn’t smiling. He turned to look up at Gemma, a sudden rage filling him. He thought over everything that had happened, and it suddenly dawned on him that she had just used him as a cheap thrill. Forgetting his size, he charged at the woman, whose breasts were just about hanging over the table. Gemma noticed the sudden movement and instinctively swiped at him with the back of her hand.
‘Mr. Moller, control yourself or I will have you removed from the court!’ the Judge roared, but his concern was hardly necessary. The wall of Gemma’s hand slapped Jake like a speeding truck. The puny man was thrown clean across the table, rolling to a stop in a heap near the edge. Jackie had to force herself not to chuckle.
‘As. I. Was. Saying.,’ the Judge continued, ‘Ms. Mia Weirs, I hereby find you guilty of aiding and abetting a convicted criminal and of being an accessory to the assault of a police officer. Due to the less serious nature of your offences, I sentence you to 3 years in a minimum security women’s prison, with bail set at $10,000, and chance of early parole.’
What?
Mia was too stunned to even speak, and the world seemed to take on a dulled, deafened quality. She was still processing the judge’s words as the bailiff arrived, moving almost in slow motion. She felt herself being picked up in rough hands and deposited in a container, all on her own. She watched Jake be put into one of his own, but he remained unconscious from Gemma’s slap. And just like that, they were ushered out of the courthouse, and the last thing that Mia saw, was Jackie’s grinning face, as the huge wooden doors shut between them.
The two containers were tossed into the back of a van, and Mia was vaguely aware of them moving, but she couldn't be sure. She was having trouble paying attention to anything but her own spinning mind. She felt like she was watching TV, like this wasn’t really happening to her. She continued to feel like she was in someone else’s body, right up to the moment that the driver of the van stopped, got out and picked up her container to deliver her to the South Florida County Women’s Prison.

‘We gotta get rid of ‘em,’ Monica shouted, bursting through the trailer door. The 41-year-old woman seemed flustered, but not as much as her husband, who almost hit his head on a low cupboard as he stood from the couch. Wearing only a pair of striped boxers, the bowl of cereal he spilt only covered his pale, hairy thighs.
‘Shit,’ Bill swore, as he took a step, his sliders crunching on his coco pops, ‘How long do we have?’
‘Not fucking long, I saw them at the entrance,’ Monica hissed, ruhsing past the half naked man to the bedroom.
‘Do they know it’s us?’ Bill asked.
‘They will when they knock on any one of the other doors out there. You think those assholes give a damn about us?' she hissed.
'Fuck,' Bill swore, still standing where he had been before.
'Just hurry up and grab the ones from the kitchen!' Monica called.
In the bedroom, she hurriedly pulled open their closet and fished out a box that was at the bottom.
'Fucking hurry up,' Monica shouted then swore as she stumbled over the corner of the bed in the cramped, messy room. The box leapt out of her hands, spilling its contents to her infinite frustration. Four tiny people were thrown into the air. A woman, not more than 10mm tall, rolled onto the unmade bed, her dirty, naked form quaking in fear. The other three were not so lucky.
One man struck the poorly carpeted floor headfirst. He had been in Monica’s box for almost six months, and used in more ways than he could ever have imagined in his worst nightmares. His puny neck snapped from the impact, killing him instantly. His lifeless body spasmed for a moment before going limp.
Another man landed on his side, his right hip shattering. He screamed in agony, his sweaty, body racked with sobs as he tasted the tiniest fragments of freedom over a year. He forced himself onto his elbows, crawling away from the bed. He saw one of the women, another shrunken prisoner of this sadistic giantess stumbling to get up after landing a little more luckily than he. While it had cushioned her fall, she was now battling to get free of the discarded sweatpants, still clinging to the scent of sweat from its enormous wearer.
She looked like she was going to make it, when a shadow fell over her. The tiny man looked up to see Monica bending down, reaching for the woman. He opened his mouth to warn his fellow prisoner, but he never got the chance. In her haste to rescue her favourite plaything, Monica didn’t pay attention to her footing.
The colossal woman’s slipper-clad foot crashed onto the broken man, obliterating him without even realizing it. His organs were reduced to mush, pulverized into the carpet by the weight of the giantess. With a simple twist of her ankle, she rubbed him unconsciously into the floor, erasing his existence.
‘No! Please, no!’ the woman screamed as Monica wrapped her fingers around her and dragged her into the air.
‘Shut the fuck up!’ the giantess yelled in her face, her huge voice deafening the puny creature, shaking her to her core, ‘I want to keep you.’
Monica thought quickly, but she knew that they would strip her down and search her thoroughly. There was only one place where she even had a chance. Without thinking to warn the shrunken woman, Monica tugged down her shorts, revealing her bare hips.
‘NO! NOOO!’ the tiny woman screamed, slamming her fists against the giantess’s vice-like grip, helplessly trying to stop what was about to happen. Monica squatted down a little and parted her sweaty butt cheeks. Her hand shot around her frumpy body and she shoved her prize towards her hiding place. Despite her violent struggles, there was simply nothing she could do to stop her captor.
Her feeble hands slapped and clawed at the enormous ass cheeks as she passed between them, but her efforts were for nought. She barely noticed the reek of the unwashed anus, as she rapidly neared the dirty pucker. Tears were streaming down her eyes as she prayed to any God to simply let her die.
As her hands met Monica’s asshole, she squealed, pushing against the firm skin as hard as she could, but Monica’s fingers continued to push her forwards. In a flash, the tiny woman’s face touched the goddess’s flesh, the slick sweat coating her face.
‘NOOOOOOO! STOOOOOP!’ the woman begged, but Monica kept pushing, until she felt the pop of her toy entering her rectum. UNfortunately, that was not all the sound indicated. The tight pucker of the gigantic woman’s butt hole flinched and crushed the tiny woman’s skull like it was nothing. Monica didn’t question the sudden lack of resistance, and pushed the corpse all the way into her butt, withdrawing her finger with a satisfied yet nervous grin, unwittingly leaving her toy to rot amidst her feces.
Pulling her shorts back up, she scanned the floor for the final person that had been in the box. She finally spied him running towards the door. She made to go after him but the door swung open.
CRUNCH.
Bill's bare flip flop crushed him in the blink of an eye, as he blocked the doorway, holding three other tiny people in his hand.
'What should I do with these?' he asked, 'The toilet?'
'In a motorhome? Are you stupid? They'll just be in the septic tank,' Monica cursed. She could see lights flashing outside now and time was running out. She thought of something in a flash and snatched the people from her boyfriend's grasp. She shoved past him into the kitchen area. She opened the oven hatch and tossed the three screaming humans inside. She twisted the dual violently, turning it onto full blast.
Before Monica could see if her plan had worked, there was a firm knock on their door.
'Miami County Police, open up!'
Bill hesitated and without hesitation, the door was knocked down and a man in uniform burst in, aiming a shrink ray. Within a few minutes, he had the two suspected Human Traffickers in handcuffs. Unfortunately, he didn't notice the whirring oven, where the three helpless victims of their crimes were charred to a crisp.
