Note: This chapter is way too far in the plot to give an easy access to it. Its tier will be lower down later.
We need to finish more chapters before the following.
Next chapters are:
- Winterberry. It's about a pony shetland who knew Cadance before she was an alicorn and needs help to save her village threatened by an eternal winter.
- Zirnitra. A mysterious unicorn, friend with Winterberry, who tells legends about dragons, with a plan of her own in mind.
- Aquaria. It's about a weird magical unicorn who had a history with Cadance and can have the solution for the eternal winter.
- Brisk. A pegasus rised by earth ponies who tries to figure his place in the big scheme.
- Aurora. It's about a weird magical unicorn leading Cadance and her companions in her land.

An ebook can be a thing, just to see if they can support webtoon format
kristycocopop
Will there be a ebook someday?

Thanks but I'm afraid they don't fit into my selection criteria. But I appreciate the attempt. :>

Here is one of my best recommended artists who could draw your comic! https://www.deviantart.com/faitheverlasting

Let's say that from Chapter 1 to 10, we see Cadance growing, then we start the big stuff.
Lummh
It still needs half a dozen chapters after Tempest Shadow's, but at least we've already met a Magicorn. Also, Unicornia lore will slowly start after Tempest Shadow chapter.
Tan575
Will we be getting into the actual story of Unicornia soon?
