[Princess of Love] First song "Our Crystal Home" finished!
🕑 Added 2018-07-06 13:08:04 +0000 UTC Finally, the first song of this project is done! I hope you'll like it!(btw, the project isn't canceled at all. I figured out that it was easier to do the story board when the song is completly finished. In fact, the story board didn't fit to the voices AT ALL, so I need to redraw it entirely. Well, it's what the story board are made for after all.
Besides, there is a lack of tension in the act 2, so it is in a "rewritten" process too right now)
"Our Crystal Home"
Composed by Elias Frost
Lyrics by Elias Frost, XangelMusic, Lum
Crystal Ponies (x2) by Emi
Princess Cadance by Megan McDufee
Brisk Slate by Shadez
Lyrics:
[Verse 1]: (0:08-0:23)
[Crystal Ponies]:
When you think of a place that is so pristine
One as marvelous and crystalline
While not much does happen, we're all okay
As long as we live
(As long as we live another day)
[Brisk spoken:]
As long we live another... Wait! What?!
[Verse 2]: (0:26-0:41)
[Crystal Ponies CONT’D]:
It is a place that we all hold dear
Where we stray from fear, and stay crystal clear
A place where nothing can ever go wrong
A place that we call Our crystal home
[Brisk spoken:]
That's great but... Can we go back to the "living another day" part?... Ooor we can just walking. That works too, I guess.
[verse 3]: (0:59-1:16)
[Cadance CONT’D]:
When I think of a place that is so pristine.
What can I do to make it more crystalline?
While Shining Armor oversees the guards,
I always hear everyday:
[crystal Ponies cheer]
“Good morning, our Princess of Love!”
[Brisk spoken:]
Oh! Hi!
[CHORUS1]: (1:19-1:40)
[Cadance]:
When the Crystal Heart sparkles and shines
[CPonies]
There’s nothing more to think about since we’re all doing fine
[Cadance]:
As long as we don’t take risks then we can proceed
[CPonies]
Just keep it as it is, this is all we need
[Cadance]:
We all make sure that we can get along
[CPonies]:
In our crystal home!
[Brisk spoken]:
So, this’s the Crystal Heart, huh?
[verse 4]: (1:46-2:00)
[CPonies]
Don’t touch it! But you can take a look,
It’s prettier than the pictures in any old book
If something bad happens then it can spell doom
Especially if us crystal ponies feel gloom
[Brisk spoken]:
And it wooorks… how exactly?
[CHORUS2]: (2:05-2:26)
[Cadance]:
Well, When the Crystal heart sparkles and shine
[CPonies]
There’s nothing more to think about since we’re all doing fine
[Cadance]:
We do our best to fill the Heart with glee
I do my best to fill it with ponies’ glee
[CPonies]
Then keep it as it is, this is all we need
[Cadance]:
So we can be sure it can protect us all
[CPonies]:
From dangers, big and small
[Brisk spoken]:
All right, all right. Yeah! This is a pretty good stuff! Can anything else she talk me about it?
[CHORUS3]: (2:33-end)
[Cadance]:
Ooh, when the Crystal heart sparkles and shine
(Brisk: Yeah, I already...)
[CPonies]
There’s nothing more to think about since we’re all doing fine
(Brisk: But it's uh...)
[Cadance]:
As long as we don’t take risks then we can proceed
[CPonies]
Just keep it like it is, this is all that we need
(Brisk: But you repeat the...)
[Cadance]:
We all make sure that we can get along
[CPonies]:
In our crystal home!
