[The Lost Sun] Song (not finished)
🕑 Added 2020-05-10 17:32:25 +0000 UTCHello there,
I have this song in my files for a while, but unfortunatly, I'm not sure if I'll be able to release it soon, since it needs two female voices.
Right now, I can't afford them :x
So, meanwhile, you can enjoy this song with one male voice. This song has been written, composed and sung by 4EverfreeBrony
(v1)
Appolonia:
I wander these roads
Broken by jealousy, burdened with fear
And I feel so alone
Is this her doing or is it my own
(v2)
I'll make mother proud
Soon she'll rejoice just to have me around
Until then I run
Onward and upward, I will find the sun
(chorus 1)
So, look at me now
Here I am searching the clouds
As the world swiftly decays
I remain, I remain
(v3)
Selendis:
My daughter has gone
Oh, how I miss her, the time was all wrong
And I fear it's too late
Oh, what I'd give just to see her face
(chorus 2)
Oh, where are you now?
Thought I heard your voice calling out
Oh, the echoes will fade
Only silence remains
(bridge)
Both:
I often hear echoes
And shadows remind me of you, of you
My poor heart is aching
Oh, tell me, what am I to do?
What am I to do?
(v4)
If I had one wish
I would choose pain over beautiful lies
But all I can wish
Is for some peace of mind
(repeat choruses 1 & 2)

The thing is 4EverfreeBrony told me to not release it until I find singers.

That song's great! If all else fails, I think you'd be good releasing it as is.
