I dont think that was ever answered in the show but what I think is that once te seal is made on the tag..it only needs a trigger...so nothing else is needed...that's why u have to set rules bout it....so someone wealthy can have thousands of tags and only need trigger all the explosions...but fujin is a grandmaster...he's created 10s of thousands of seals alone so...yea he's over powered but it was through hard work

I have one question, maybe has already been answered and I forgot, but the seal spamming does seem a little op. But how do they work? Do they need a Chakra battery? Or do they use nature Chakra around them? Do the seals on people use their own Chakra to power the seal?
