Jake slipped off the shiny black shoes and stood on the tiles in his socks. He pulled the suit jacket tighter around his muscular frame, and turned to the side for a better view in the mirror. He looked even more handsome than usual, and that was saying something. His messy brunette hair had grown a little longer than he normally kept it, but he flicked it from his forehead and admired himself until Megan appeared.
“What’s wrong with the shoes?” His girlfriend asked, “Jake I’ve picked out like eight pairs of shoes!”.
“Those ones hurt my feet” he shrugged, and smiled to himself as Megan rolled her eyes and stormed off in a huff.
Homecoming wasn’t a very big deal for Jake. In fact, he wasn’t even that excited about it. The whole thing had become a whirlwind of stress with Megan dragging him from store to store trying to find the perfect dress, the perfect shoes, the perfect makeup. Truthfully, Jake wanted nothing more than to simply go home and chill.
“You’re such a little cutie, Jake” Austin grinned, and reached over to squeeze his best friend’s cheek before Jake pulled away and scowled at him.
“Dude, I’m so fucking sick of trying on suits!” Jake told him, as they both stared at his reflection in the mirror. “Do you know how many times I’ve changed?”
“I got off lightly” Austin smiled, fixing his red tie proudly. “Sarah is more concerned about what she looks like, than what I do”.
“Ain’t you lucky” Jake mumbled, and watched as the two young women excitedly returned.
“We got our dresses” they said in unison, and hurried off to celebrate. Jake rolled his eyes, and Austin grabbed his shoulders.
“Don’t look so glum” he beamed, “you’ve spent the day with me, right?”
Jake pulled away but couldn’t help but laugh. The two of them had become close over the last year, since Jake moved to his new school. He had expected it to be a difficult transition for him, but his good looks and stellar personality had made things far smoother, and it hadn’t taken long for him to meet Austin.
They were both eighteen, both big football fans, and it just so happened that Sarah and Megan were best friends, so they spent almost every waking moment with each other.
Austin was taller, and arguably more muscular than Jake, but that rarely stopped either of them from teasing the other. In fact, their playfulness together had become such that even their girlfriend’s were beginning to jokingly question their friendship, though the young men knew that their homoerotic games were nothing more than normal teenage banter. Or they used to, anyway.
Things had become strange over the last couple of months between the two. Neither of them could quite put their finger on it, but the casual comments and playful touches were beginning to linger slightly longer than they had, and the days spent together filled them both with a feeling that they had yet to get from their respective girlfriends. Naturally, both of them had seemingly agreed to an unspoken rule that it was never to be spoken about seriously, and it hadn’t been.
“We should stay at my place on Thursday” Austin said, as the four of them left the mall. “It’ll be easier to get ready”.
“Um… No” Megan replied, “do you know how gross it is to try to get ready in a guy’s house?”
Austin scoffed at her. “I was talking to Jake” he said, and without missing a beat, he reached down and plucked Jake’s hand into his own. Jake didn’t even hesitate, and clasped his fingers around Austin’s as they walked hand in hand.
“I swear there’s something going on between you two” Sarah laughed.
“Jealous?” Austin smirked, “plus, it can’t be gay”.
“Why can’t it?” Megan asked.
“Because” he shrugged, “no homo”.
“You do know that just because you say no homo, it doesn’t make it any less homo, right?”
“Definitely jealous” Jake grinned, and the group continued on their way.
The week running up to homecoming was even more stressful. Sarah and Megan were spending more and more time making plans that always involved the boys, who rarely had a say in them, and by the time Thursday rolled around, both of them were just happy that it was almost over.
“I’m fuckin’ exhausted, bro” Austin said, sprawling out on his double bed as Jake sat next to him. “If I see that damn mall one more time, I think my head’s gonna explode”.
“Who are you telling?” Jake yawned, “but at least I’m gonna’ look hot tomorrow” he added with a grin.
“You’re gonna look hot?” Austin scoffed, “dude, have you seen my suit? I’ll look like James freaking Bond”.
Both suits were hanging up in Austin’s closet, and admittedly, they made both of the young men look exceptional. Indeed, it didn’t take much to make that happen, but they were happy nonetheless.
“I gotta sleep, man” Austin eventually said, and Jake glanced over as his best friend pulled down his pants to reveal a pair of tight, white boxer briefs, and shed his t-shirt a moment later.
Neither of them had ever been particularly modest. Being on multiple sports teams had taught them that there was no shame in nudity, but there was something strangely exciting about stripping down in Austin’s bedroom, so Jake followed suit after a few minutes, and lay there in his underwear until both young men drifted off to sleep.
It felt like he’d only just closed his eyes, when Jake jolted awake and the bedroom was bright. “Fuck” he groaned, rubbing his face as he woke. It took him a moment to realise that something odd was happening, and then he felt the warmth of a hand gliding gently down his abs.
“You’re such a fuckin’ homo, man” he said, but made no effort to move Austin’s hand as it pushed further down his half naked body. Eventually, with Austin grinning from ear to ear, he reached Jake’s decent sized bulge, and the young man shoved him off.
“What?” Austin laughed, “no homo!”

“Is that right?” The larger of the two said, and squirmed his hand out of Jake’s grasp, returning it to the teenager’s warm bulge.
“Yeah” he grunted, thrusting away, “that is right”.
“Do it then”.
Jake struggled for a moment. His pride was such that under no circumstances, could he let his best friend beat him in a wrestling match. He jerked and twisted, but Austin was too strong, and no matter what Jake did, his friend’s hand remained between his legs.
“Dude, stop!” He laughed, as though he was being tickled, “you’re gonna make me fuckin’ hard, bro”.
Much to Jake’s dismay, the credible warning not only didn’t stop Austin, but it made the young man’s hand squeeze even tighter, and suddenly, he was jerking him off through the thin fabric.
“Maybe that’s the plan” he smirked, as Jake’s cock began to swell.

“That was close” Jake whispered with a laugh.

Donned in their suits, the young men looked spectacular, and despite the teasing as they’d gotten ready, both of them were secretly envious of the other.

After two more photographs, Jake had an idea. A grin spread across his face as the pictures continued, and he slowly moved his hand to the side, until he felt the waistband of Austin’s suit pants.
“What the fuck are you doing?” Austin growled from the corner of his mouth as he tried to fake another smile.
“Getting you back” Jake replied, smugly, and edged his hand down the back of Austin’s pants until he felt his best friend’s fat ass cheeks.
“Get your hand out of there you fuckin’ homo” Austin spat, though he remained firmly in place as his mother continued to photograph them. “My mom’s right there!”
“Look this way, boys!” She called, and Jake beamed at the camera as she continued.
“Better act normal, then” he mumbled, “because my hands are real cold”.
