NEW Lite RIFE Frame Interpolation model will be available in the NEXT update
The new lite model can generate more stable frames compared to v4.15-Lite, without any performance loss, the speed and vram usage is the same as v4.15-Lite

It really depends on the content type and image quality, you can choose one of the "settings preset"
