Slimes get access to the newest build 2 weeks after release, so you only have access to the last one for now. You'll need to download the 0.2 build in the same message you got your patch. There are also instructions in that message for applying the patch

This is on the post for the incorrect version, so first be sure that you've downloaded the new build v0.22. If you have that version, then you just need to go to bed with high enough lust, and the higher your lust is the bigger percentage you will get a dream. It isn't guaranteed and the likelihood goes up each day you don't have one.
