Character wise Nami would be cool. If we talk about content then maybe different challenges.
I think what you do currently is really good and worth the Patreon subscription. I think you could make the themed week, like you did with Mirko, a regular thing, maybe once every 2-3 months? Whichever you can reasonably do without burning out
