Hello Vancouver... Goodbye Charlie. I feel like we're supposed to assume that the shape-shifter disposed of the real nurse's body in the basement... before heading back to Olivia's room. And perhaps didn't incinerate her yet, just in case he needed to pull a switcheroo like he did with Charlie. But, yeah, that's a lot of contingency happening very quickly. Such a good opening episode though.
