Actually the real reason that was confirmed was that the VA for Sung got Covid so they had to delay protection. And since you saw this comment, hopefully you'll see that you are missing some reactions. Episode 5 of 100 GF's and episode 13 of Frieren I believe

The recap is mainly due to a sport event happening in Japan and they don't want to air the same time with it so they are doing a recap. Honestly, I think you should watch Shangri-la Frontier after finishing Solo Leveling, honestly similar vibes different stories. I think you would find a lot of hype with Shangri-la frontier
