Hey man, have just discovered you recently and found my way here. Just wanted to say this is super sweet and I hope you had someone around you to hug you when you made this. It's not over as long as there are peasant movements fighting in Indonesia, folks in LA taking on swine, Greta sailing to Gaza to deliver food. It's not over until there isn't a single voice speaking up for justice and liberation. Standing by your politics is all that matters at the end of the day but it's not always easy to do and you're lovely to support your community by making it known that they're safe and seen. ❤️

I feel like saying thanks, or any other word in general, will never be enough to expresshow much this is appreciated. The past few weeks have been traumatic and emotionally tolling as I’ve dealt with a tragedy that seems like it came out of an episode of a true crime show. (Plus, I’m a Directioner so Liam’s passing just shook my younger, teenage self on so many levels) The election results of 2016 and this year’s just flank an already hard day for me personally (exactly 8 years ago today, I was SA’d.) So as a bisexual, immigrant woman of color, the idea of just existing was so difficult, tiring, and downright deameaning then. It still is now, honestly But as I tackle each day, one day at a time, having you and this community provides an escape. You make me feel seen, heard, and loved. But most of all, you make me feel safe. That feeling of safety and security is something I wish I can bottle up and share with anyone who needs it. Thank you so much David and thank you to everyone for just being providing a beacon of safety in a time when all hope feels lost.
