Maybe it’s weird but it’s almost.. good practice for me to try to listen through the de-escalation. Sometimes I can and sometimes I can’t. It’s not getting yelled at that’s scary tho, it’s.. hearing the pain in your voice. Idk what that means and I’m rambling lol, just thank you for the therapy
