When I learned about neuroplasticity in Bio-psychology, it changed my life! I loved the idea that I can also change my brain for the better, after it was shifted negatively. < 3

You learn a lot daily bc our brains are always gathering and storing information but you can, if you, say, take a class or take the time to read and absorb and learn intentionally, learn a lot more a lot quicker because you're training your brain not just with whatever you're actively learning but because, like someone says below, you're increasing your neuroplasticity and your brain will absorb and process information quicker in general. It's why you manage to learn SO MUCH when you're in college and then it kind of drops off for most people after bc you're not, for example, sitting down and studying anymore.
