I’ve seen people mention color comfort a ton of times but for some reason never came to listen until now. And like… I don’t have the words. I’ve spent half my life trying to figure out how to distract myself, or how to stop my brain when the thoughts get so bad that I start to panic. Haven’t ever been able to find anything that can grab & hold my attention long enough to actually break me out of the spiral, that also isn’t self-destructive. But I think this is it. I think I finally found the something. Thank you. I appreciate you. ❤️
