The video was better than I expected. I like that you comment on anything that comes to mind, not just the triggers. I like the mouth sounds, but I prefer the dry hand sounds. It's already spring here, with temperatures around 25 degrees, and sunshine almost every day. It's the best time of year to have tapas with friends in front of the beach or dine outdoors, although we do it all year round if we can. The gym is a good idea. Exercise is great both mentally and physically. I do four days of weight training and two of cardio. I don't always do it because of work, but I make an effort. Aside from protein, nutrition is essential. If you manage to exercise regularly, you're sure to feel better. I've seen you very lively and recharged with energy. Anything that motivates you, vacation, exercising, making an ASMR video, etc. is great. I appreciate all the love you put into your videos. Take care. See you, Berlin🤍

Heyyy, so glad you’re back! I bet you’ve got tons of good energy after the vacation (I’m totally stealing some of it 🤭). Things have been pretty calm on my side lately – I caught a bit of a cold and ended up taking the whole week off, so nothing super exciting to share this time. Well… maybe I lied a little. Something weird happened today – I ordered food from a local Vietnamese place, and while driving to pick it up, I completely forgot why I left the house. Got totally lost in my thoughts 😭 As for the weather, I’m kind of on the other side of the world, but it’s pretty similar – spring here, but it’s like summer one day and rainy the next. That’s actually why I got sick… but I forgive the weather because it gave me an excuse to just chill and rest ☺️ I love how your videos always start with a bit of talking – I really enjoy that – and then you switch into pure ASMR, which makes me zone out so hard I stop understanding what you're saying, and then I have to rewind to catch up on something interesting you mentioned 😂 Weirdly, that’s actually a bonus, because it makes the video much longer for me 😂 Take care and, as always, looking forward to the next one.
