I think the time limit is fine. Having it get too close to the absolute limit makes it more cliché for me, and therefore less enjoyable. If you dont always have stuff with time limits hit the edge of the limit (whether actually timed or more generally with events happening), if it ever does, it will have more tension. In this case, go without.

He could, yes. But he has to physically grap Orochimaru to place that seal.

Can Tobirama put a teleport seal on people? or at least their clothes? so if he ends up fighting Orochimaru he could put a teleport seal on him, so if Orochimaru reverse summons himself and tsunade away or something he could just teleport right to him?
